Delivery in Almaty
Free delivery in Almaty is carried out for any order amount. Applications for delivery in Almaty are accepted from 9:00 to 12:00, on weekdays delivery is carried out until 18:00 the next day, and on Saturday until 16:00.
Pick-up points
You can pick up your order at any of our coffee shops in Almaty by writing to our manager when ordering.
Delivery to other cities, towns and countries is carried out through the transport company "Jet Logistic", courier service "SDEK". The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer and depends on the destination and dimensions of the goods. The manager will provide you with detailed information on the cost of delivery. The cost of delivery to other cities, towns or countries is discussed personally with the manager.
Rules for payment of goods from regions
We deliver to the regions for any order volume. Payment for goods from the regions is made only by bank transfer and 100% prepayment. We issue you an invoice, which is valid for payment within five working days. After paying the invoice, please send a payment order to the e-mail handmade@vanillacoffee.kz, so that we do not cancel the reservation of the goods in the warehouse. After the money is received in the account, we deliver the goods to the transport or courier company, having notified you about it in advance.
How to process a return?

3. Some items will need to be sent back to be refunded. You will receive information about these items in the email with the return label. Please include the items in the box before sending and include your order number. Your return request will be processed once we receive your returned items.
When will I get my money back?
Funds will typically be credited to your account within 72 hours of your request being processed by your bank. A representative will contact you if there are any issues or additional information is required regarding your refund request. If your items need to be sent back, funds will be refunded once the items have been received and inspected by our office.
What is your return policy?
You can return any product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. A product that did not fit or you did not like (of inadequate quality) can be returned if:
- no signs of use;
- the marketable appearance has been preserved;
- the packaging is not damaged;
- consumer properties have been preserved (including the expiration date has not expired).
