The cacao is grown in the Liara region of Brazil. Referred to as Fino de aroma type, it contains 100% cocoa. The natural cocoa butter content ensures high fluidity. Produced in a melanger with a grinding process of at least 48 hours. Packed in a multi-layer hermetically sealed zip-lock bag.
